If you wish to apply for a place under one of the 'Christian commitment' categories listed in our policy, please ensure that you complete a Supplementary Information Form and return this to the school as well as applying for a place online.  This can be downloaded by selecting the link below or you can obtain one from the school office.

Variation to Admissions Policy 2021:

Due to the COVID19 pandemic St Alban's CE (VA) Primary School has been required to make an application to the Office of the Schools Adjudicator (OSA) in respect of our Admissions policy for 2021.

This application has been made following advice from the Diocese based on guidance from the OSA and the DfE.

This only effects those who may wish to apply on faith criteria. The following paragraph will be added to our Admissions Policy following agreement from the OSA:

'In the event that during the period specified for attendance at worship the church [Anglican, Roman Catholic, Methodist, Baptist, Portsdown Community Church (The Beacon), Salvation Army, United Reformed Church, Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Denvilles Ecumenical Church (DEC), Evangelical Alliance members] has been closed for public worship and has not provided alternative premises for that worship, the requirements of these arrangements in relation to attendance will only apply to the period when the church or alternative premises have been available for public worship'.

Please note that we only accept the school's Supplementary Information Form which is specific to our school.
